The BE Line

If you don't want to bank online or bank using your mobile phone, you can use The BE Line, our 24 hours a day, seven days a week telephone banking line.

To access your account information, just use your touch tone phone and call your local branch’s BE line phone number listed to the right of this page.

As a service to you - first you will hear the local time & temperature.

Please have your account number available which is listed on your monthly bank statement and the social security number of the first name listed on your account when you call.

The last four (4) digits of your social security number is your telephone banking password. You should select the option to change your Personal Identification Number (PIN) the first time you call.

You will be guided through simple steps to find out information on your checking, savings and/or certificates of deposit. You have two options: Use the voice recognition - by speaking your request as prompted on the phone or use the touch tone method.

See what checks cleared by number and amount
Change your BE Line PIN number
Transfer funds
Make deposit inquiries
